The Candela Picoway is a picosecond laser that was designed to work from the inside out. It has the ability to treat a wide array of benign lesions and can cater each treatment to the patient's needs because of the system's ability to vary in depth and spot size. This system has a particularly high efficacy in tattoo removal and is capable of treating a wide range of tattoos, including blue and green tattoos. The PicoWay offers two distinct treatment types. The PicoWay Zoom handpiece focuses on the pigment in your skin, while the PicoWay Resolve handpiece creates small caverns under the skin which your body then fills with elastin and collagen. The PicoWay system is safe for a wide variety of skin tones with minimal downtime.
